Mabua cafe, yang menunjukan tempat kumpul anak motor, tapi juga tidak menintimidasi normal customer untuk datang.
tidak mengunakan atribut dari harley dvidson maupun lambang tameng dari harley dan juga burung eagle harley. di karenakan ini adalah mabua cafe bukan harley davidson cafe.
Kami membebaskan desainer untuk menggunakan warna apa saja.
mohon untuk para designer untuk tidak menampilkan coffee cup dalam logo, karena kita sebetulya restaurant, hanya namanya saja cafe.

Concept Brief

1. Q: About restaurant
A: Located nearby future CBD stretch, off Jl. TB. Simatupang.
Located inside Mabua Harley-Davidson Headquarter building that houses a full dealership, office and Harley Owners Group (HOG) secretariat.
Mabua Café will be a gathering place for bikers (Mabua H-D customers).
Not branded Harley-Davidson and must not use any H-D logo, trademark and any H-D Corporate Identity.
2. Q: General look and mood
A: Industrial look but warm/cozy and welcoming.
Biker related decorations includes photos of customers, vista photos during tourings (showing wide open roads, etc), some H-D parts/product/memorabilia (i.e. fuel tank, fender, sprockets, engine, etc).
Hangout place.
Pool Table.
Beer bar.
Casual everyday dining (not fine dining).
3. Q: Target market and demographic
A: Due to its location inside Mabua H-D building, the restaurant will benefit from Mabua’s existing customer.
Learning from previous experience of customer traffic in previous location (Iskandarsyah), a dealership without in-house F&B outlet still receives quite a number of traffic of customer gathering and using the dealership as a meeting spot. Therefore, we envision that the new place will generate more traffic with the new F&B outlet.
The majority is male, usually comes to hangout in the afternoon around 4pm onwards.
Sometimes lady bikers also have gatherings at the Dealership. Previous events at Iskandarsyah location include Salsa dance practice at the lounge.
Mabua H-D customers are family oriented too, they often involve and bring their family (wife and children) along to events and gatherings.
Age group: 30-55 year.
Proportion : Male 60%, Female 40%
Socio-economic group : A/B +
Occupations : Executives, Professionals (medical doctors, lawyers), Entrepreneurs (mining/oil and gas), High-rank Government Officials (i.e. police and army force officials, etc), Housewives.
Other potential customers include executives and professionals from surrounding buildings along T.B. Simatupang strip, surrounding ruko along Jl. Ciputat Raya - Pondok Pinang and other nearby office buildings in Pondok Indah (i.e. BCA, Citibank, etc).
Potential traffic times : weekday lunch hours, after office or early evening, weekends.
4. Q: Menu selections
A: Menu variety is not complicated, easily accepted by many types of customer, with good combination of Western and local selection (menu that common people are familiar with).
Western: Soup, salad, burger, steak and dessert
Local selection : pisang goreng, nasi goreng, sop buntut.
Beer.
Moctail & juice.
Coffee and espresso based drinks.
