R2 Impact is a training company that specialises mainly in motivational/life-transforming seminars and coaching, hence it has an "impact" on people's lives.
Our seminars are a lot more high energy than other similar seminars - if possible the logo should communicate this.

I want a design that inspires confidence and decisiveness. Something that will pop out at the audience in an impactful and powerful manner, to match the name of Impact.
R and 2 should not be of equal level - R2 is an abbreviation for 2 words beginning with R, so the 2 should be minimised, for exampke like R-squaree, or superscript/subscript
R2 is the branding, so you can choose to put "R" and "Impact" on the same level of emphasis, or you can choose to emphasise the "R" more
