Client Code of Conducts

Read the following Client Code of Conducts before starting the design contest on Sribu.com

Sribu.com is a site that offers graphic design services for everyone who needs it. We not only offer our services to an individual or a particular company, but anyone who need our services. We aim to connect clients with talented designers, to produce a mutually beneficial relationship.

This Code is an integral part of Sribu.Com User Agreement. By clicking "I Accept" when registering as a client then you are considered to have learned, read, agree to, and give consent to the imposition of Sribu.Com User Agreement, and therefore also bound by this Client Code of Conducts.

1. RESPECT FELLOW MEMBERS

We will not tolerate offensive acts and/or which may cause dispute. If you notice any abusive actions and/or other actions that may offend the other party’s honor in Sribu.com, you are welcome to report it to us at the email [email protected] and we will do further investigation.

2. PROHIBITED DESIGN REQUESTED

You are not allowed to request a design which, including but not limited to:

  • Containing to the issue of a certain Tribe, Religion, Race, and Inter-group (SARA issue);

  • Insulting and/or degrading Head of State, Military, Police, Political Parties and/or associated with the State symbols, language, flag and/or anthem of the Republic of Indonesia;

  • Displaying text and/or images either explicitly or implicitly associated with sexual intercourse, sexual abuse, masturbation, nudity, genitalia, child pornography, and/or sexual intercourse with an animal;

  • Having the potential of violating Third Party’s Intellectual Property Rights.

Sribu.com has the right but not the obligation to remove a request that we considered as violating this provision without prior notice, and/or to delete your membership as a Client and hence will immediately terminate the Sribu.Com’s User Agreement with you.

3. BE ACTIVE IN GIVING FEEDBACK

To get the best of a satisfactory design, you are encouraged to be active in providing feedbacks and opinions to the designs entered by the designer. You also act as a supervisor in order to run an honest and fair contest. We believe the designer will be very happy to revise their design according to your input. If you suspect a design that you receive violate intellectual property rights of others, then you are welcome to report it to us via email [email protected], and we will do further investigation.

4. PROVIDE A DETAILED CREATIVE BRIEF

In order to achieve the best design you are satisfied with, please write a description that is as detailed as possible. Designers wouldn't hesitate to go over them as it would help them in getting what you request.

5. HAVE PERMISSION FROM YOUR REFERENCE IMAGES

If you are to attach an image reference in your creative brief for designers to use, you must have written permission from the owner of the work, to avoid intellectual property rights disputes in the future.

6. MATTERS RELATED TO PERSONAL DATA

In any case a someone asks for your personal information, including but not limited to home address(es), phone number(s), bank account number(s), etc., you have the right to refuse to provide the information. Sribu.com respects and protects the personal data of its members. We treat it as confidential documents.

You are hereby declaring to give consent to Sribu.com to display the name and photo (if any), affiliation, testimonials regarding the design contest that you do on the site, unless otherwise agreed.

7. TRANSACTIONS OUTSIDE SRIBU.COM IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Sribu.com is not responsible for any transactions between Designer and Client performed outside Sribu.com. The existence of transaction services performed outside Sribu.com will become personal responsibility among Designers and Clients, including all risks that may arise.
